WINNER TAKES ALL!
INTRODUCTION
The name of this book is 'Doctor Who, Winner Takes All' and it is written by Jacqueline Rayner. It is based on the T.V. serise, although it is not a story that has been on telly. I bought this book at WH Smiths for £6.99 when I was going to buy a wrestling figure for the same price but then I had a thought that I would always buy a wrestling figure so instead I got the book instead and now I do not regret it.
SETTING SUBJEST MATTER
Most of the story takes place in three different places, the first one is in Cardiff in London at the block of flats where Jackie Tyler (Rose's mum) and Mickey smith (Rose's boyfriend) live which is very tall and has many flats on it. It also shows the shops in the town and it is very crowded. The second place is the Quivels (evil Aliens that look like over grown porcupines) hide out which looks like a big room with concrete floors and a lot of monitors around. Their hide out ends up being a connection with the paper shop. The last location is the Mantodeans Planet which is very big and looked like a giant desert.
